  2. Save the 2D barcode.
    After completing the payment,
    you will receive the 2D barcode via email.
    Please make sure to save the 2D barcode securely.

    Print the ticket screen with the 2D barcode and bring it on the day.
  3. Issue tickets at the dedicated exchange machine.
    On the day, scan the 2D barcode at the dedicated exchange machine on the 1st floor of the Ski Center to obtain your lift ticket.

  1. Prepay for rentals.
    Navigate to Webket (the online purchase site) to prepay for your desired rental set. After selecting the date, please input the set, quantity, size, and other details.
  2. Save the 2D barcode.
    After completing the payment, you will receive the 2D barcode via email.
    Please make sure to save the 2D barcode securely.
    For customers without smartphones
    Print the ticket screen with the 2D barcode and bring it on the day.
  3. Issue tickets at the dedicated reader.
    On the day, when you scan the 2D barcode at the dedicated reader on the 1st floor of the Ski Center, a receipt will be issued. Please note, two receipts will be issued per person.

  4. Rental pickup completed!
    With the issued receipts (2 per person), please proceed to the rental reception next to the Ski Center. You can smoothly get your rental without waiting in line for rental requests or payment.

  3. On the day, park in a spot of your choice.
    Within the Premium Parking area, When doing so, please move the colored cone by yourself.
    Allocated parking within the Premium Area cannot be specified.

    On the day, when you scan the 2D barcode at the dedicated exchange machine on the 1st floor of the Ski Center, an exchange ticket will be issued.

  5. Place the exchange ticket on your car dashboard.
    Please place the issued exchange ticket in a visible location on your car's dashboard.
  6. Enjoy a comfortable day in the spacious parking lot!
    Convenient movement between your car and the facilities! Take your time and enjoy the ski resort.
  7. Get a service coupon at the counter.
    Before you leave, please bring the exchange ticket to the Snow House reception. After receiving the service coupon, you can avoid regular parking fees by completing the free processing in advance at the parking payment machine.

We offer a limited availability of 10 spaces in the Premium Parking area for a day.
It's conveniently located near the ticket counter, rental area, changing rooms, and the Snowman Park for kids!
With 1.5 times the space of regular parking spots, you can use it comfortably.

Can I make a purchase on the day itself through the internet?
Yes, same-day purchases are possible. For internet sales, please make your purchase at least 15 minutes before ticket issuance.
Are there payment methods other than credit cards?
The only accepted payment method is credit card payment.
You can use VISA/MASTER/JCB cards and their affiliated cards.
Can I cancel or get a refund after making a payment?
Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after payment, so please confirm before purchasing.
How can I give an electronic ticket to a companion or child who doesn't have a smartphone?
For web purchases, you can print the 2D barcode and it can be transferred to another person.
Additionally, if you purchase through a computer and print the 2D barcode, guests without smartphones can also use it.
What is the difference between Premium Parking and regular parking?
Normally, we charge a parking fee of 500 yen on weekdays and 1,500 yen on weekends.
By pre-purchasing a Premium Parking ticket online, you'll have access to a parking space that's 1.5 times larger than a regular one, conveniently located near the ski area's main facilities, including the Center House with lift counters, rentals, changing rooms, and Snowman Park for children.

Customers who opt for premium parking will receive a service ticket at the Snow House reception desk.
Upon departure, simply scan your service ticket at the payment machine to waive the regular parking fee.
Do I need to Priority Boarding Ticket for my children too?
Yes, you do. Children must purchase a priority ticket at the same price as adults.
Can SEIBU PRINCE CLUB emi members earn points for online purchases?
Please visit the Karuizawa Prince Hotel ski resort counter on the day of your visit.
We will review your web purchase history and award you points.
Please be aware that points can only be earned on the day of your visit and not on other days.
Why is the lift ticket fee for children free when obtained at the ticket counter, but a 100 yen handling fee is applied when purchased online in advance?
At Prince Snow Resort, lift tickets for children up to elementary school age are complimentary at all ski resorts. If you acquire a lift ticket at the ticket counter, your child's lift ticket will be exempted, but if you opt for online purchase, a 100 yen handling fee will be added.

Once a child's lift ticket has been issued, it remains valid for the entire season, making it advisable to purchase online and avoid queues.
